since I slept at 4.30am yesterday...
cont sleep at 2pm...till 6.30pm...
feeling refreshed now so I cant slp
everytime like tt one ..now my biological clock is messed up again.. gonna take like 2 -3 days to sleep again at 2am haha(I owl = stupid n blur blur n sleep during day)
