As usual----my SUDDEN REALIZATION

after reading A Venetian Affair
i realised something

sometimes when u miss someone, something or some place very much and have the urge to return, to have, to own it again

but when u get it back the feeling is no longer there
in this case
the longing, the love, the passion felt by Giustiniana towards Andrea gets stronger with each metre/mile that is between them
but when she starts to make her way back to Venice little by little the love grows uncertain wanes each passing day

the book is actually a collection of letters between both of them and the ending is just another creative imagination coupled by some logical and likely circumstances

when i read the ending i can feel the losing of something dear to the heart with the sudden realization

but after X'Mas moved to Our Lady Star of the Sea

once a few weeks ago
we went back after a mth or so i think
the atmosphere is different alrdy coz maybe all the priest tt we knew were reshuffled
what feeling I had wa just a haunting memory

sometimes what we want may not ultimately be what it turned out to be

this is only one of the things among many tt i can compare against
